Our one-to-one work can sit alongside our wider learning experiences, or be taken as standalone support for individuals, including small business owners, people leading teams without internal support, and professionals who need to communicate with impact in high-stakes moments.

This might include someone preparing to speak in public for the first time, an expert who has been asked to present their work, or someone looking to build confidence in how they handle key conversations in their role.

Support is always delivered by a dedicated member of our team, either virtually or in person, and can be offered as a one-off session or as ongoing support over time.

These sessions are grounded in interactions where communication is key, and the aim is to strengthen how people show up in those moments — so they are able to perform at their best.

Difficult Conversations Lab

What if you could prepare for the conversations that matter most — the ones you might avoid through fear of upsetting someone, or simply not being sure how to approach them?

Most people have experienced a difficult conversation going off track, or being caught off guard by feedback, performance discussions, or other high-stakes moments at work.

This is a space to slow those moments down and work through them in a practical way, whether you are preparing for something that is coming up, or reflecting on a conversation that has already happened.

We help people explore what they want to say, how it might land, and how to navigate the emotional and behavioural dynamics that sit underneath the conversation.

Through one-to-one practice with experienced facilitators, actors and coaches, people are able to rehearse different approaches and build confidence in how they show up when it matters most.

Access can be through individual sessions or a flexible subscription, depending on how ongoing the support needs to be.

Leadership Communication

Leadership is not only defined by decisions, but through communication in everyday moments.

The way expectations are set and how messages are delivered all influence how teams understand the direction they are being asked to move in.

We typically work with leaders over time, running a series of focused sessions each month that can be shaped around their schedule and development needs.

In this work, we focus on how leaders communicate across real workplace situations — one-to-one interactions, team discussions, moments of change, inclusion, and times when clarity really matters.

A key part of this is helping leaders recognise that while many factors sit outside their control, the way they communicate has a direct impact on how an interaction unfolds.

We explore how small shifts in language, tone and approach can significantly change how messages are received, and how consistency in communication builds trust and alignment across teams.

Public Speaking & Presentation Skills

For many people, speaking in front of others is one of the most visible — and challenging — parts of working life.

This might be a planned presentation, a pitch, a meeting where you need to influence a decision, a keynote speech, a media interview, or speaking at events where your voice is in the spotlight.

In this work, we focus on how people show up in those moments — how they structure their thinking and communicate their ideas clearly.

We also explore how fear and anxiety affect behaviour in the moment, helping people work with it so it doesn’t take over how they communicate.

Our team of professional actors and learning specialists bring a deep understanding of how people communicate, and how subtle shifts in language, pace, tone and body language can change the way a message is received.

The aim is to help people feel more comfortable and in control when speaking in front of others, so their message lands in the way they intend.
