Course outline:

Participants will learn to structure balanced feedback that is not only heard, but acted upon. Through live actor-led scenarios, they will take control and redirect feedback exchanges, experimenting with different approaches to see how small changes in language and delivery can yield vastly different results. This hands-on, experiential learning method is designed to help participants practice new feedback behaviours that will become second nature in the workplace, and beyond.
