Challenging conversations are an inevitable part of business life.

When managed properly, they have the potential to drive significant cultural transformation, but they require careful preparation, deliberate practice and intentionality. This transformative masterclass will equip participants with the skills and knowledge to navigate all sorts of challenging conversations in the workplace – and beyond – with confidence and clarity.

    Virtual, in small groups of up to 12 people.

    This open access masterclass runs in January, March, May, July, September and November. Additional dates are available on request.

Course outline:

Led by our team of personal impact experts and actors, this masterclass offers an immersive learning experience.

Participants explore the importance of mindset, language, physicality and emotions – key components for having successful conversations. They will be introduced to some of the most common challenging work conversations through live actor-led scenarios and are invited to redirect the performance, exploring various approaches and outcomes. This transformative learning method enables participants to practice and embed new behaviours.

Further learning:

Each participant will receive access to our practice lab with a private, one-hour practice and coaching session, providing the opportunity to safely try out different approaches and techniques. This session is conducted online and must be completed within 30 days of the masterclass.
