JACQUIE
Jacquie has over two decades of experience in communications and leadership, having worked with global brands including Specsavers, Vue, M&S, Philips, GSK and Merck during her tenure as MD of one of the UK’s largest independent PR agencies. As a PR specialist, she has spent her career helping leaders and organisations create meaningful connections that change how people think, feel and act. Today, as co-founder of 1948, she brings that expertise to clients across the UK — combining PR and marketing strategy with experiential training to unlock the power of communication inside and out.

SIMON
Simon combines three decades of experience as a professional actor and learning & development specialist with his own deeply personal story of communication under the toughest circumstances.
Rooted in the world of performance, Simon’s approach to learning takes communication skills from the stage to the workplace. He designs and delivers experiences that go far beyond theory, transforming how people connect, influence and lead.
He has worked for organisations including the Financial Conduct Authority, NHS, City & Guilds, BT, Co-op, everywoman, The Legal Director, Disability Rights UK, GOSH Charity and HSBC.

LOUISE
Louise is a professional actress, with over 20 years of experience in communication skills training. Working on a wide range of leadership training courses in both the private and public sector, she is an experienced corporate role player, forum theatre actor and group feedback facilitator. Louise has a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the training landscape.
OWEN
Owen is an accomplished stage and screen actor. His work in the theatre has included performances for the Royal Shakespeare Company, The Royal National Theatre, West End shows and touring productions across the UK. As a corporate role player and facilitator, he has worked on programs for the Home Office, Centrica, British Gas, AXA insurance, FA, The Environment Agency and the RBS Group.
MAIRI
Mairi, a learning and development specialist, trained actor and BBC TV presenter, uses her skills to enable organisations, groups and individuals to communicate more effectively. She is an expert in behavioural change, combining her theatrical training with results driven social psychology systems. Mairi works with international law firms, banking and financial institutions, the UK central government and the Big Four consultancies.
CHRIS
Chris is a professional actor with significant experience of corporate role play and forum theatre. He has appeared on stage, tv and film, and has worked with a wide range of businesses to deliver corporate films.
KEITH
Keith has been using theatre skills as a training and development tool for nearly 20 years and has significant experience of forum theatre, crucial conversations and role play. He has worked extensively with brands such as Marks & Spencer, WHSmith, Ericsson and Nestle.
MEGAN
Megan is a professional actor with a career spanning both stage and screen, as well as being an experienced voiceover artist. As a facilitator and performance coach she has delivered training and development programmes for The Metropolitan Police, The British Army and HMP, amongst other clients.
KÅRE
Kåre, a professional actor and voiceover artist, specialises in designing and delivering training programmes that drive behavioural change and build inclusive organisational cultures. He has significant experience in behavioural theatre, facilitation and interactive workshops. Kåre is an accredited business coach and Chairman of the Official Norway National Day committee UK.
SALLY
Sally has enjoyed a varied career as an entrepreneur and business leader, running both start ups and multi million-pound organisations across the UK.
As an MD and CEO she has managed hundreds of people across a wide range of sectors including publishing, logistics, education, recruitment and psychometric profiling. She is a coach, non-exec director and adviser to a huge range of clients throughout the UK, helping the businesses she works with reach their full potential.
GAIL
Like many designers, Gail grew up with a passion for drawing and artistic pursuits. Over the past 20 years she has been working with businesses throughout the UK and beyond to create impactful design solutions across both web and print mediums.
JESSICA
With over 15 years of experience working with B2C and B2B clients across a range of industries, Jessica specialises in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies that drive commercial success. Coming from a strong agency background, Jessica is now an independent consultant whose experience spans traditional advertising and marketing to digital lead generation and e-commerce.
