Simon has played a wide range of characters on screen and stage and impactful storytelling runs through his veins. Over the last decade he has transferred these skills into the business sector as an experiential coach, facilitator and trainer. Simon specialises in crucial conversations where the power of influence and persuasion are paramount for both individual and business growth. He has delivered programmes for organisations including the Financial Conduct Authority, NHS, City & Guilds, BT and Co-op.

Like many designers, Gail grew up with a passion for drawing and artistic pursuits. Over the past 20 years she has been working with businesses throughout the UK and beyond to create impactful design solutions across both web and print mediums.

With over 15 years of experience working with B2C and B2B clients across a range of industries, Jessica specialises in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies that drive commercial success. Coming from a strong agency background, Jessica is now an independent consultant whose experience spans traditional advertising and marketing to digital lead generation and e-commerce.
MAIRI MCHAFFIE
Mairi, a learning and development specialist, trained actor and BBC TV presenter, uses her skills to enable organisations, groups and individuals to communicate more effectively. She is an expert in behavioural change, combining her theatrical training with results driven social psychology systems. Mairi works with international law firms, banking and financial institutions, the UK central government and the Big Four consultancies.
KÅRE SIVERTSEN
Kåre, a professional actor and voiceover artist, specialises in designing and delivering training programmes that drive behavioural change and build inclusive organisational cultures. He has significant experience in behavioural theatre, facilitation and interactive workshops. Kåre is an accredited business coach and Chairman of the Official Norway National Day committee UK.
SALLY WELLS
Sally has enjoyed a varied career as an entrepreneur and business leader, running both start ups and multi million-pound organisations across the UK.
As an MD and CEO she has managed hundreds of people across a wide range of sectors including publishing, logistics, education, recruitment and psychometric profiling.
Sally is an Executive on many boards, helping the businesses she works with reach their full potential. Her experience includes mergers, strategic planning, people development – creating effective senior leadership teams, start-ups, business planning, and equity sales.
Sally joined Vistage in April 2015 and chairs London based groups of business leaders. The Groups consist of MDs and business owners of all types of companies, with a turnover typically in excess of £3 million. She has recently taken on the role of Best Practice Chair, helping other Chairs reach their potential.
She is also a Coach, Non-Exec Director and adviser to a huge range of clients throughout the UK.
