Following its launch last month, PR and communications consultancy 1948 has strengthened its advisory team as it gears up to unveil new services.

Business woman, coach and mentor Sally Wells, will be working with 1948’s founders to develop and roll out its plans for the year ahead.

1948 MD Jacquie said: ‘We are hugely proud to be welcoming the brilliant Sally Wells to the team. Having known Sally for the past few years we could not wish for a more astute, inspiring and all round fantastic person to share her knowledge and point us in the right direction.

‘Sally will help us navigate the often challenging business world and prepare us to launch our new services. It’s an exciting time for us.’

Entrepreneur and business leader Sally has run both start-ups and multi-million pound organisations and is now a coach, non-exec director and advisor to a huge range of clients throughout the UK.

She said: ‘It’s a pleasure to be working with the team at 1948. They have a smashing business and lots of plans in the pipeline. My role is to help them reach their full potential and continue to drive them from strength to strength.’
