Self-awareness

Most people are not deliberately unaware of how they come across, they’re simply focused on getting through the demands of the working day.

That’s why it’s easy not to notice the patterns that are forming in the background — the way someone comes across under pressure, or the shifts in tone or pace depending on the situation.

People often only become aware of this when something feels slightly misaligned in a relationship or interaction, without always being able to name why.

What emerges is a gap between intention and impact. People believe they are showing up in one way, while others experience something slightly different — and in that gap, trust and effectiveness can begin to weaken.

How we help

We don’t treat self-awareness as a theoretical concept or a personality exercise.

Our work combines simple, accessible ideas such as mindset, emotional intelligence, vulnerability and personal impact, with real-time exploration of how behaviour shows up in practice.

We help people notice what is often hard to see in themselves — how their behaviour shifts under pressure, and how those shifts are experienced by others.

Our team creates guided learning experiences where people can connect ideas with action and explore what changes when they make small adjustments in the moment, or see situations from a different perspective.

This is about building awareness of choice, and what becomes possible when people begin to notice how they are showing up.

How we work

We work in partnership with organisations to design and deliver experiential learning that addresses the real challenges their people face at work.

Depending on the format and context, our work can range from short, virtual sessions for entire organisations through to longer, more immersive programmes for smaller teams.

Rather than focusing on theory alone, we create practical, facilitated environments where people learn by doing.

This might involve guided discussion, structured reflection, live practice, or more immersive experiential work. In some cases, Forum Theatre is used to bring scenarios to life in a highly interactive way, allowing participants to step into situations, explore different responses, and refine how they show up under pressure.

We balance impact and quality with accessibility and cost-effectiveness, so organisations can scale meaningful development in a way that works for them.
